Heather A. Logan has been training animals for over 40 years. Since 1992, she has used operant conditioning – behaviour analysis (aka clicker training) with great success whether it be puppy classes or problem behaviours. Miss Logan has trained a variety of species with this method including dogs, goats, cats, cows, grizzly bears, giraffes, chickens and horses.
